How
to Order & Pay
All
sales are for local pick-up only. We do not ship our seed.
You can pay for your order in advance OR pay when you pick up your seed. See the ordering and payment options below.
ORDER on the web: you can fill out the online order form for your bird seed order. This order is then sent to us by email. With web orders, you have the option to pay for your order when you pick it up using cash, credit (MasterCard or Visa), or check OR
We now accept credit card payments online through a secure payment system provided by Authorize.Net. Look for this option on the online order form.
Your credit card information IS NOT SENT to us via email online but, instead, is transmitted through a secure network connection.
ORDER by
phone: call our office at 914.666.6503 M/W/F from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm. If you ordered
last year, we will be able to tell you what type and quantity
of seed you purchased. You may wish to print out the online order form to have in front
of you when you call. We can accept credit card payments by phone.
ORDER by
mail or fax: printed order forms are mailed late August
to all members of Saw Mill River Audubon and to past year
customers. Send
us an email or call us at 914.666.6503 if you wish to
receive a form in the mail or by fax.
You can download a paper order form.
(Note: the form is formatted to print on legal-sized paper.)
You can mail the form back to us with check, cash or credit card payment information entered.
You
can also fax your orders to us at 914.666.7430. This is a private fax line in the Audubon office and another secure way for you to include credit card information for pre-payment.

Walk-in
and Late Sales
We are able to accomodate a limited number of walk-in orders
on October 16 & 17 since we do order spares. However,
to guarantee your preferred type and quantity of seed, we
do encourage you to order in advance.
AFTER
the October 16 & 17 sales dates
spare seed is stored at Pruyn
Sanctuary
(at the office entrance off Route 133).
Regular
office hours are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays,
10:30 am to 3:30 pm
excluding major holidays.
Please
contact the office before
visiting to ensure that seed is available and that
someone will be on hand to greet you.
Please
be prepared to move the seed from our storage area
to your vehicle.
If
you need assistance doing this,
please let us know in advance
and we may be able to schedule
a volunteer to assist you.
